An adult room between two strangers runs on consent, and consent runs on rules everyone can recite. These are DirtyRoulette's house rules — short enough to remember, enforced without exception.

There is no previewing the stranger on the other side of a match, so the product itself has to set the floor: adults only, everything consensual, nobody recorded. Moderators read every report, and severe or repeat offenders lose access for good.
The rules stay short on purpose — a code nobody reads protects nobody. They apply across video, voice and text alike, for every second a match lasts. The terms of service carry the legal wording; this page carries the meaning.
Habits that make DirtyRoulette worth opening:
Lines that end accounts, no warnings owed:
DirtyRoulette is an adult site, and adult only works one way: both people in the room want to be there, doing whatever they are doing. Either person can end that agreement at any second by skipping — no justification required, no hard feelings owed. A match who ignores a clear "no" or keeps pushing after the mood dies is breaking the central rule of the site, and reporting them is the right move, not the rude one.
Anyone under 18 may not use DirtyRoulette, period. The age gate is the first line, moderation is the second: any account we reasonably suspect involves a minor, on either end of a call, is removed immediately, and we report to the authorities whenever the law requires it. If a match seems underage, end the call and report it on the spot — you will never be penalized for a good-faith report.
This rule gets its own paragraph because it is the fastest route to a permanent ban. Never capture another person from a call — no screen recorder, no phone aimed at the display, no restreaming. And never publish, pass around or threaten to pass around a match's image, edited or not. Non-consensual images destroy lives; we treat every case as a severe offense and cooperate with authorities where the law demands it.
Two channels, both human-read. Inside a call, the report button stays visible the whole time — tap, pick a reason, and the flag lands with moderators carrying the session context they need. You never have to argue your case or gather proof, and reports stay confidential.
After a call, or for anything the button cannot cover, email [email protected] through the contact page. Reports about minors or non-consensual content jump to the front of the queue automatically. The report and block page shows the mechanics step by step.
Consequences scale: a warning for a minor first misstep, suspension for repeat behavior, permanent bans for the severe stuff — minors, captured images, coercion, threats, crimes. A ban follows the person, not merely the account. Think a decision about your account was wrong? Appeal through support, and a different moderator reviews it fresh.
That is the whole rulebook. Now see who is online and go meet someone.
